We regret we are unable to take orders or deliver items outside the UK at the moment.

We charge £1.99 per item for delivery of orders.

Fully paid orders, which have been authorised & approved by our card processor (paypal), will be posted or dispatched to you on the same or next working day. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, however we may send parcels weighing more than 2kg by other services and we reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements if we see fit. We do not dispatch at the weekend or on public holidays.

Most mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal mail First Class service arrives one working day after dispatch. However if you wish to be absolutely safe please allow three working days for delivery, especially during the busy pre-Christmas period.

We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver by Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be posted by Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery on the next working day following posting, (but please note that your signature will be required by the postman) at the higher shipping cost of £5.00, please request this service where prompted during the order process. Please note that orders dispatched by Special Delivery on Fridays may not be delivered to you until Monday.

Payment for orders must be received in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payment in Sterling only, by credit or debit card (not American Express or Diners) or cleared personal cheque.

If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to info@tributeflags.co.uk before 12 noon on the day of dispatch. For cancellation requests received after this time, we will do our very best - but cannot guarantee - to prevent your order being dispatched.

We regret that we are unable to cancel orders for products that have been personalised at your request.

Stock availability and substitution

We make every effort to keep our selection of stock up-to-date. However if an item you have ordered happens to be out-of-stock, we will either refund the cost to your payment card or substitute a similar alternative item.

If you are not completely happy with the substitute item, please return it to us in pristine condition within 30 days of your order and we will refund you in full for the cost of the original-out of-stock item plus your reasonable postage costs.

All refunds and other credits will be made to the card by which you paid.

We will refund the cost of products returned to us in perfect condition within 30 calendar days of order. Please take care to send flags back with full details of your name and address.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in respect of products that have been personalised at your request, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, in which case we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Please return products in suitable packaging. We suggest you re-use the waterproof packaging, in which we sent them to you, taking care to re-seal and re-address effectively. Please obtain a certificate of posting in case of delivery failure.

We will not refund any delivery charges to you, either in respect of the original delivery or any costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, in which case we will make a full refund of your original delivery charge plus the cost of returning the item(s) to us by First Class Post.

We undertake only to dispatch products to you that are in absolutely perfect condition. We do not accept responsibility for any damage sustained during delivery.

Tribute Flags fulfils the obligations of the data Protection Act in relation to information we hold about our customers. We will only collect the information we need to fulfil your order or other request, we will store this information securely.

We undertake not to provide or sell the information to any individual, company or other organisation other than in connection with your order or other request. We may however email registered users of www.tributeflags.co.uk with our own offers from time to time.

All waste paper showing customer information is cross-shredded prior to disposal.

We reserve the right to suspend our delivery commitments in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including (but not exclusively) events such as a telephone or website failure, failure of suppliers, failure of the postal service, war or acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strike, fire or Acts of God.

Where our products have been personalised text will be spelt exactly as you have specified. We do however reserve the right to amend the formatting of words in order that they best fit the space available. Please check your text and address details meticulously when you place your order. We accept no responsibility for your spelling or other mistakes, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, under which circumstances a full refund of any payment received will be made.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by use of, or in any other connection with, this website.
